Anette comes to Roth Staffing from a career as the Senior Vice President, Community Engagement and Diversity for the 14th largest U.S. business bank, Five Star Bank. Grounded through an equity lens, the bank supported organizations committed to moving the needle on poverty in areas continually left out of economic development, keeping its Community Reinvestment Act commitments. Her work included developing a $1,000,000 micro-lending program for minority- and women-owned businesses.
